扬州炒饭


爱上了葱头油,上面还是淋上了
香香的葱头油。
我还是第一次吃有香菇粒的炒饭,正。


材料:
冷白饭3碗,香菇3朵(浸软),
叉烧肉80g(切粒)
鸡蛋2粒,青豆(不放)改成玉米粒和豆角,
腊肠1(素午餐肉)(切粒)

调味料A:
鸡精粉1茶匙,生抽1汤匙,胡椒粉少许,盐少许

调味料B:
麻油少许,糖,蚝油,生抽及水适量

做法:
1。香菇浸软洗净,加入调味料B小火焖煮1/2小时之后再切丁。

2。烧热油,倒入蛋液炒热,盛出待用。

3。锅中烧热4汤匙油,放入腊肠(素午餐肉)炒香,
加入叉烧冷饭和调味料A一起炒松。

4。加入香菇丁,玉米粒,豆角,蛋以大火炒匀即可。
